"It's quick clean and tidy well run and the food is always piping hot. Its main business, I would say is the drive thru, no matter when you pass by on the B1231 and look up there will be a queue of cars in line ordering, paying and picking up their drive thru meals. They have it all worked out here. It's a smooth experience for the drivers."

"Both members of staff we came in contact with were absolutely lovely. Real personality and they let it shine through. Food was made up quickly, well presented and tasty only slight issue is they forgot the sauces but hey it happens. It Wasn't very busy so got served very quickly as well. I've never sat in before but I think the drive through is quicker than ordering in the restaurant."

"Was a lovely refurbished kfc, made it have a very high end luxury feel to the place. Self service was brill. Wanted to change an item within the meal (side) from a piece of chicken to the smallest pot of popcorn chicken but was not allowed which seemed odd but that's my only irk I had. Everything else was top notch though."

"Thought we'd come & eat here as nearby (& do love a good KFC).Cannot fault the food or service - all as good as ever. .. The only problem here now is, they've opened a "paddle" warehouse ,/gym so making parking for either KFC/McD's /Pet Store difficult, as can get busy."

"On visiting this KFC, we were served by Drew. In our experience of previous KFC resturants, the service here received from Drew was probably the best customer service we have ever had at a KFC resturant. Absolutely lovely guy, really knowledgeable regarding menu and recommendations.. Well and truly went above and beyond. Our food wasn't the best but the customer service made up for it. The duty manager Kieran who was covering from cowgate, resolved our issue with ease and made sure our visit remained a great one... Thank you team Thomsen!"
